ADULT DEGREE PROGRAM
I attended the meeting with Carol along with Deanna. We discussed the problems the Adult Degree Program was experiencing regarding sufficient survey responses. We were tasked with finding a way to manipulate the email survey into a phone call survey. I helped create the phone call survey and called fourteen different program members. After calling my list and not receiving any responses, I had to change my approach. Noticing I was calling probably too late in the daytime, I choose to call earlier in the day. I successfully got four of the responses. I checked the Trello Board regularly and would stay in contact with Deanna and Missy when other problems arose.

I spent my time helping to organize efforts so the group could be as efficient and successful as possible. All of the work was divided evenly, and each member of the group was aware of the task at hand, so responsibilities were distributed appropriately. With help from the others, I created the survey using Google Forms and a corresponding call record to track all phone calls. I updated the Trello Board when goals were met and constantly communicated with Missy and Jess about progress via iMessage.
Responses rolled in at a steady pace for me. I received a few calls each week. I was unable to identify any stable trends that depict when people prefer to answer the phone.

I sent out the initial email to Carol Fleming with interest in helping her get survey responses from current and past students. After Deanna sorted out the list of contacts I called my fourteen individuals and recorded any responses given. I successfully received seven responses, and my whole team met our goal of fifteen responses. I continued to update Carol on our progress and helped update the Trello Board with weekly deadlines. I also kept contact with Jess and Deanna throughout the project, and we would touch base with conflicts or successes.
